It’s time to JUMP-START THE CREATION FOR YOUR BEST YEAR YET!

TO ALLOW for the optimal unfolding of 2015, answer the questions to inspire the expression of new awareness, insights and clarity that will support you in creating your 2015 vision with Grace, Ease, PURE soulFULL empowerment, and last (but certainly not least) JOY!

Please set aside some private time to shift from the GO-GO-GO mentality and allow yourself to just BE BE BE with this exercise. This will allow you to really hear the voice of your soul communicating with you. Create some sacred space, light a candle, turn on music that fuels your spirit, and begin asking yourself the following soulfully inspired questions

1. What are my primary intentions for 2015 and what thoughts, emotions and actions will support full and complete alignment with them?

2. What are my greatest inner and outer qualities, and how can they assist me in staying committed and consistent with my intentions?

3. What have I learned most about myself, my business, my loved ones, colleagues/clients this past year and how can these insights support a brand new, expansive experience that includes more connection, love, joy, success, abundance and harmony in my life in 2015?

4. What worked this past year (and why)?

5. With compassion and love in my heart, what didn’t go as well (and why)? What limiting patterns am I ready to release? What old stories, thoughts, beliefs and auto-pilot reactions am I willing to finally let go of?

6. What kind of expansion do I wish to experience in 2015 personally AND professionally?

7. What am I ready to CLAIM, once and for all, as I move into 2015?

8. What is my OVERALL theme for 2015 (ie. expansion, visibility, growth, self love, self trust, empowerment, alignment)? Feel free to have a unique theme for different areas of your life: HEALTH, WEALTH/FINANCE, ROMANCE, SPIRITUAL CONNECTION

9. Who do I need to consistently BE in order to create that with ease and grace? What frequencies/emotions must I embody to experience the success my soul desires and deserves? Love? Joy? Gratitude? Compassion? Forgiveness? Serenity? Abundance?

10. What tangible personal AND career/business activities do I need to create, or release, in order to align with this theme (i.e. how you spend your time, self nurturing routines marketing activities, new relationships, etc)?

11. What are the easiest and most enjoyable ways to generate more harmony in my relationships and income through my business (and where should I best focus my time, resources, and energy to create this while remaining joyful, grounded, centered and aligned)?

12. What two primary mantras am I going to work with in my personal life and professional life to create a solid foundation for my overall theme? (Examples:

“All is well all the time.”

“Everything I need comes to me with grace and ease.”

“I am always in the right place at the right time.”

“I prosper wherever I turn.”
