Another beautiful week is upon us! I love summertime! I had a fantastic family getaway this past week and I am feeling so thankful for life, love, family and the joy that is available to me each day. YES, it’s available to us all. The question is, are we claiming it for ourselves? Each morning when we wake up we have a choice to make. Will it be a phenomenal day or just another blah-blah-blah day to add to our already blah existence? We get to choose! Each morning I wake up and dwell in the beautiful space of gratitude. I express deep appreciation for all the gifts and blessings that exist in my life. I set the tone for my day! I decide to have an incredible day! I set the intention to claim the joy available to me as often as possible! This is how powerful we are. We determine the quality of our lives with our thoughts, emotions, our focus, our intentions and our beliefs. I truly believe that I have the power to create whatever kind of day I want to experience? That belief empowers me to do just that!
So, as you go forth into this day and week, ask yourself… “What will I choose for myself? Where will I place my focus and attention?” Here’s the not-so-secret secret: Whatever it is what are focusing on you are creating more of! It’s that simple. So, if your present focus isn’t generating happiness for you, change your focus!
It’s time to come to the party you planned for yourself as a soul coming into this physical world! In other words, put on your cosmic party hat today and live with purpose, passion, enthusiasm and JOY! No one can do it for you. You are the only one who holds the power to celebrate your daily life and generate positive momentum for yourself. Don’t wait for your luck to change to celebrate your life! Celebrate first and then you’re “luck” will change! (That’s the real secret to living the life of your dreams! Feel it first and then allow it to happen!) You are the generator of everything! So, why not have some fun and enjoy the ride a little more today? I know I intend on doing just that! Hope you will, too!
