Identify the Barriers to Your Success:

What does your inner voice repeatedly tell you about yourself and your potential? What people, places or belief systems shrink your value or prevent you from going after your dreams? Get really clear about the roadblocks that you have either subconsciously created in your daily life or allowed yourself to set up and experience. This awareness will serve as the bouncing off point for you to generate new, empowering habits, patterns and ways of being.

Consistently Review your Accomplishments:

Regularly examine what’s happening in your reality. What’s going well? What’s working? What are your strengths? How have you used them in a way that benefits you and everyone around you? Begin to celebrate the genius that you are! The more you recognize and acknowledge the gifts that you bring to yourself, your loved ones, and the world, the more confidence you will gain and the greater success you will experience.

Highlight your Repeating Patterns:

It may not be the easiest thing in the world to do, but it’s one of the most rewarding! Begin to notice all the way that you sabotage your happiness by repeating certain behavior patterns, certain ways of reacting to people and situations, or by maintaining a dis- empowering vocabulary that keeps you stuck in your tracks! Ask your higher self to reveal these patterns to you in an obvious way, and then pay attention. Once they have been highlighted, you hold the power to create a change. Only you can make the shift.

Release the Heavy Burdens in Your Life:

So often we carry the lingering burdens of other people, unresolved situations, fears, insecurities and doubts within our energy field. This density prevents us from feeling, attracting or experiencing the joy and the healing that is our soul’s birthright. Begin to notice the heaviness within you. Isolate where it’s coming from. Then, make a commitment to releasing it. Bit by bit you can visualize the burdens being flushed out of your body, your mind and your spirit making room for the love you deserve.

Disconnect from Non-Beneficial Information and Beliefs:

In order for you to create the internal and external space for success in your life, you must disconnect from anything that is holding you back from being the bold, courageous, fearless individual you are intended to be! What beliefs from your childhood have you outgrown? What ancestral or societal information or ways of being are holding you back from expressing and honoring your authentic power? You don’t have to hold onto anything that no longer supports you, that no longer honors your freedom, or that prevents you expressing your passion and brilliance. Now is the time to disconnect from anything that no longer serves you to create space for all that does.

Learn and Integrate the Soul Lessons:

After applying these tools and practices, you will gain a brand new awareness about yourself and your life. Once you’ve gained clarity on what is not working in your life, and you’ve released and disconnected from it, ask for the lessons! Go within and ask for the lessons. Do this with a deep sense of compassion, non-judgment and neutrality so that you can identify the lessons you were intended to gain from your challenges. Once you become aware of them, consciously choose to integrate them so that you won’t have to experience them again!

Clarify What you Wish to Experience:

Following the disconnection and release from all that’s holding you back, coupled with the integration of the soul lessons available to you from your experiences, it’s important to determine what you wish to create. From this open and clear space, what is it that you truly want? What would make your heart sing? What would truly fulfill you from the inside-out? Why do you want it? What would it bring you?

Re-Design Your Reality:

Now that you’ve determined what you wish to create, it’s time to begin acting as your very own architect! Be the artist you are intended to be and see your life as a blank canvas. Design what you would like to experience with clarity and deep feeling. Build it within first. Create a brand new consciousness platform from which you can create and magnetize all the options and opportunities that you wish for. Then, press the internal re-load and re-fresh button and launch it into existence! Poof! Your masterpiece is created. Repeat as often as you wish.

Yes, I do believe all of these things and more are not only possible, but entirely available to us. There is an infinite, eternal aspect of who we are that contains all the knowledge, wisdom, guidance and support we could ever desire. This is what I call our “inner guru!”

I learned about my own “inner guru” following my near death experience in 1997. With that said, you don’t have to wait for an experience like mine to access the very same energetic space within YOU. What I have discovered is that this is the space where magic and miracles are available. This is the space of pure potential. This is the space of pure knowing.

One of the greatest lessons I have learned is that once we access and trust the intuitive guidance within us, we naturally and effortlessly know the next step to take on our journey. When we relax and allow our “inner guru” to steer our lives, our choices and decisions flow with grace, ease, AND a lot of fun! Our possibilities expand, new doors open, and opportunities appear when we seek answers from within instead of seeking them outside of us. There is no one outside of us that holds the power and potential to direct our journey in a ways that honors and celebrates the brilliance of our soul but us.

So often I find individuals coming to me for coaching or mentoring who have been on a seemingly endless quest or search for love, acceptance, understanding and success outside themselves. One of the greatest joys of my work is empowering beautiful souls to re-member their own potential for accessing truth and trusting in their unique and magnificent gifts of strength, innate wisdom, personal power.

I believe that as conscious creators in this new expansive age that we are currently living in, we hold the incredible option to gift others with the remembrance and acknowledgment of their own “inner guru.” We hold the power to be a divinely inspired catalyst for others. We can gift others by supporting them in awakening to this infinite portal of knowledge available to them.

From this empowered space and perspective, one realizes that in actuality, there is no “luck” directing our experience. Our consciousness, which comprises of our thoughts, emotions, expectations and beliefs, determines the reality we are experiencing. The outer world is simply a reflection of what’s going on within us. Therefore, when we actively connect to our “inner guru” we establish a greater sense of harmony, balance, peace and contentment in our lives. This inner world we’ve created is then mirrored in our external reality. We begin to serve as a magnet drawing in the people, situations and experiences that reflect back to us the energy that we are BE-ing from within.

In this moment, you have the option to expand beyond any existing walls, limiting blocks or patterns that have prevented you from accessing your creative genius. Allow 2013 to be the year that you embrace your “inner guru.” Allow 2013 to be a year of expansion. Allow 2013 to be the year when you finally claim the inner worth and outer wealth that is your birthright!

TRANSFORMATION CAN HAPPEN INSTANTLY (IF YOU BELIEVE IT CAN!)

Transformation truly can happen instantly. It requires that you believe in this possibility. (that’s the catch!) It’s interesting how the simple process of expanding our perspective and re-defining words, phrases and ideas (or even limiting beliefs) can completely transform lives! We determine our reality by constructing (consciously or unconsciously) what we believe is possible or impossible; what we believe is available to us or even what we perceive a miracle to be!

When we shift the way we describe, see, view and perceive our ideas about life to reflect our SOUL instead of our EGO, new doors open and we begin to live in the infinite world of pure possibility and potential INSTEAD of the finite, limited world of excuses, impossibilities, cycles of scarcity, lack, victimization and dis-ease.

If we have the ability to CHOOSE the perspective we have on life and if we get to decide how we wish to perceive the world around us, why not decide to choose limitless opportunity and possibility? This is our moment to moment option! Why not view this new year of 2013 as a blank slate for your beautiful soul onto which you get to decide what to let go of, what to open up to, and what to allow, RECEIVE, and allow your heart, mind, body and spirit to be open to?

YOU are so powerful. I’m here to remind you of that!

An easy way to clearly identify the best areas for transformation is by recognizing the repeating patterns in your life. This requires you to be very candid, real and honest with yourself. What issues continue to resurface? If you take a very open and honest inventory of your life in the past year, what unresolved issues continue to get triggered? What people continue to trigger you? What emotional upsets repeat again and again? What fears or phobias continue to hold you back?

Whether we realize it or not we keep ourselves locked into a particular range of experience based on our patterns of behavior, consistently held thoughts, the words we most often speak, limiting cycles, beliefs and expectations. Identifying these ways of being that are holding us back is the KEY TO TRANFORMATION! Once we clearly identify what we want to change, we can make it happen!

The way to release what’s no longer working in your life is FIRST with newfound sense of awareness and then with the clear identification of what is no long honoring your soul’s purpose, truth and mission. When you get really honest with yourself, you know what honors you and what doesn’t. You know what supports your growth and expansion and who and what doesn’t. Pay attention and trust your intuition on this. NEXT, consciously and consistently (since we are creating again from moment to moment and from day to day) choose to release those unhealthy or non-beneficial patterns that are no longer bringing you joy and harmony. Replace then with choices and decisions that will allow new people, opportunities and possibilities that ALIGN WITH OUR SOUL to flow into your experience and allow you to THRIVE IN EVERY WAY!

The more aware you become, the more consistent you become with this process, and the easier it gets! Nothing is set in stone in this life. If you don’t like the way things are going in your inner or outer world, you can change it! You hold the power and potential to energetically (from within) to shift AND TRANSFORM your experience by releasing what you don’t want or what doesn’t work. Next, you replace it (in the newly created open space within you and around you) with the experiences and opportunities that will easily and joyfully offer you love, wealth, abundance, success that you deserve. ? It’s also important to consciously choose to have an open, receptive energy field and allow for the gifts of your transformation to be received with grace and ease.

As you begin to release all that prevents you THRIVING and from hearing the clear, confident voice of your soul, you will effortlessly glide onto the path of sacred, purpose-full living where you can consciously partner with your soul to allow for a natural expansion that celebrates and honors your brilliance as an infinite being. This is your option. Every day offers this option to choose again and create a new and fresh existence that stems from making space within and without to TRANSFORM YOUR EXPERIENCE and hear the voice of spirit. From this empowering space, you can and WILL live with spiritual conviction, courage, love, and acceptance for yourself and everyone around you. From this way of BE-ing you can listen, trust and then act upon the subtle, yet powerful guidance of your soul (which always takes into account the well being of ALL) you move into synchronistic living. This kind of living is magical. It’s your birthright.

NOW IS THE TIME! CHOOSING YOUR SOULFULLY-INSPIRED THEME FOR 2013!

It’s the NEW YEAR! It has arrived! 2013 is here! Another blank slate before us. From the level of consciousness (who we really are) pure potential and pure possibility are available to us all because we are ALL infinite beings residing in what appears to be a finite world.

Despite the illusion of this finite quality to our capabilities, talents and gifts, we are indeed infinite. In truth, we are powerful beyond measure. The key to the inner AND OUTER expression of this infinite nature of ours is simply choosing to claim it and choosing to re-member that we aren’t just these bodies that live and die and cease to exist beyond this realm!

Since my near death experience in 1997, I have been shown, reminded and made aware in a multitude of seemingly miraculous and magical ways that we are most definitely multi-dimensional beings having fun in this playground called earth. This is just a temporary stop for us! Once we decide to tap into the infinite well of opportunity that resides within us, it becomes ours. It can truly be that simple. It is the ego (as Wayne Dyer says, “Ego is us EDGING GOD OUT!”) that causes us to believe we are limited in our authentic power to give and receive and HAVE infinite love, wealth, joy and peace.

Our soul’s intention in this journey is to BE our best with the divinely designed challenges that arise and evolve and grow from the lessons that come our way. Only we can choose to re-member that we hold the power to determine the severity of our pain and the frequency of our joy. When you feel ready, choose the lighter path! I assure you it’s available. I speak from experience.

The beauty of a new year being upon us is another realization that the past is gone. In fact, it no longer exists for us and this very moment is entirely new, pure and filled with possibility. All that truly exists is this present moment and we are offered the gift of THIS moment to set a powerful intention to guide and steer us on our spiritual journeys as we enter in 2013.

We hold the power to mold, shape and create the masterpiece of our life in 2013 with the innate knowing, wisdom and power of our soul coupled with the beauty of our limitless imagination and the spiritual fuel behind our conscious intentions. How exciting is that? (very exciting if and when we choose this as our reality.)

So often the new year brings the unnecessary burden of self-imposed anxiety as we realize all the things we didn’t “accomplish” the year before. We struggle internally with guilt, shame, un-forgiveness of ourselves and others and yet it is in the focus of these matters that we keep ourselves swimming in the sea of frustration, turmoil and stagnancy. When we place our primary focus on all that we didn’t do or didn’t change instead of focusing on all that DID CHANGE and all that DID HEAL, EXPAND AND SHIFT in our lives, we remain stuck. The beauty of each new day and each new year is that we can begin again! Why not decide to be unconditionally loving, forgiving and compassionate with ourselves and celebrate all the minor (and massive!) successes that perhaps we disregarded in our daily lives this past year?

May I remind you that you are brilliant and beautiful and capable of more than you can imagine? Celebrate the power you have to choose again!

What I often find is that people get caught up in the old cycle of setting goals or doing the same old resolution “thing” year after year that leaves them feeling a bit deflated or even feeling like a failure after a few weeks or months.

So, I have a suggestion!

How about trying something OTHER than traditional goal setting for 2013? How about releasing all the pressure associated with the “should’s” and “have to’s” and trying something new?

If you could choose an overall “THEME” for the New Year, what would… it be? Doesn’t that sound “lighter” and more fun? This is not about setting new years resolutions or setting specific goals with “do by” dates. Those “do by ” dates take you out of the present moment and out of the JOY available to you RIGHT NOW! What I am suggesting is coming up with a theme for 2013. This theme is your overall intention; your overall vision or your dream for the upcoming year. This is an opportunity for you to listen to the callings of your soul and really determine what needs your awareness, attention, love and presence for the upcoming year.

I’d like to offer you some questions to support you in clarifying YOUR personal theme or intention for 2013:

What do you feel energy and excitement around?
What engages your imagination and feels compelling?
*What is your soul calling you to experience MORE OF?*
What part of YOU have you been ignoring or not giving enough attention to?
What needs to EXPAND in your life? Self Love? Forgiveness? Spiritual Awareness? Joy?

The beauty in choosing a theme is that it’s fun, it’s easy and it’s something you can focus on not just for the month of January, but for the entire year! Unlike traditional “in the head” goal-setting, setting a theme or overall intention for the year can be rooted in a deep calling from your soul that inspires you to honor yourself in a greater, more expansive way.

I’d like to suggest that you take some time for yourself today. Nurture your spirit and get yourself centered and relaxed. Do some deep breathing and either go for a walk outside, sit quietly inside, listen to some soothing music or whatever it takes to clear your mind and settle your energy for a while. In this beautiful, stress-free, serene space, ask yourself the questions I posed above. Then, just listen. The solution or answer to your “theme” may come in a flash. It may come hours or days later. Continue this process of allowing your soul to speak to you each day until you choose your theme and overall intention for 2013.

This is intended to be a joy-full process that engages your soul. Listen and pay attention to the callings of your soul. Trust that your intuition will guide your divinely designed selection of your theme! ♥ ♥ ♥ Trust in the synchronicity of life.

12.12.12 is here! So, what now?

Okay, so most of you (especially if you happen to follow my work, happen to be on my email subscriber list and happen to be receiving this message right now!) know and have heard of this shift of ages happening on our planet right now. It is a shift in consciousness that is available to us all. Today is 12/12/12 and what a grand opportunity we have before us today (and every day!) to appreciate the infinite menu of options being offered to us in our journey of evolution. I am be-ing and approaching every moment of this beautiful day with grace, appreciation, gratitude and pure awareness. I am beaming and glowing with excitement, joy and love knowing that the possibilities and the luminous potential for elevating our experience of reality exists for each of us as a gift; a gift to receive and allow for a, new expansive reality whenever we choose.

12/12/12 has arrived and 12/21/12 galactic gateway is almost here. I am receiving many messages asking for guidance and information! The primary message I am receiving is that the cosmic gateways and portals of purification that allow us to access, re-member and activate multi-dimensional frequencies of light (that we are) are not something to seek out or find outside ourselves. Expanded consciousness is accessed within. The portals and gateways aren’t a place to go nor are they external to our be-ing. They reside within. I want to repeat that: We access the gateways to higher levels of consciousness, awareness and light within us. Interesting that as we go inward, we actually expand infinitely! There is nothing to find or seek out. I see this expansion as an allowance… as a flow… not a forced process sought after in desperation or need. It’s a natural unfoldment for each soul in a unique way that is perfect for them.

We all contain light codes within our being that are intended to be activated when we are ready, open and available to these activations. They are already present within us; stored within us. They allow us to activate our ancient spiritual gifts. This is available to us all! It isn’t reserved for a special few. With that said, a level of clarity and purpose and intention to access these frequencies is required to experience them. For those who aren’t open to this, I may as well be speaking another language in this message! It’s all ok. All is well all the time, for all of us.

The reason that we are all experiencing something unique and different today and every day for that matter is because ***we are not all drawn to conscious evolution and expansion.*** This is the beauty of free will! There is no right or wrong way to BE or to live life. Many of you reading this are completely resonating with the information and appreciating it and others may not resonate with it at all, and that’s perfectly ok. There are many options and choices and possible approaches to experience reality. The option to reside in the “Separation Age” with many limitations and finite views of what is possible still exists and many are still choosing it. Unfortunately, what goes along with that are cycles of lack, separation, duality, drama, layers of density and chaos, negativity, judgment and fear. There is another option! That option is to open into a more expansive way of living and being, and it is always available. There is so much more available when we choose to re-member the infinite array of menu options we have as pioneers of consciousness! We can choose to amplify the fear or amplify the love. It’s always our choice.

From my perspective, detaching from old, false concepts that caused us to believe that the truth, the light and the gateways to expanding into who we really are reside outside of us is essential if we truly wish to experience liberation and expansion! You may want to read that sentence again as I realize it was quite long! To come into alignment with our divinity and our soul’s cosmic frequency (our original divine blueprint) much of the old fear-based consciousness must be allowed to gently yet powerfully collapse.

A grander perspective is all that’s required to allow for us to receive or open into a greater vibration of love and light. The key ingredients to expanding our consciousness are willingness, openness and the allowance of new light-filled energies and information to transmute the separate, limited and finite information that many of us have held for so long that have kept us residing in a consciousness shack. The truth is that our birthright is to evolve and expand into living into a space where we reside in a consciousness mansion where there are more windows than walls and more space to create than we ever realized was available to us!

Another message I’d like to share with you today revolves around soul family! Have you noticed a natural, innate sense of familiarity in those you are connecting with from the heart space? I feel like this is because these souls are part of our cosmic family that we intended to experience this journey with! During these powerful energetic times, you may notice synchronicity bringing you together with these souls, and bringing to you the information, inspiration and guidance that will support you as you honor your own expansion and evolution. Honor these divinely inspired moments. Trust them and act upon them. They are intended to enhance your journey in beautiful ways.

I speak a great deal on change and have in fact written a best-selling book titled :Create Change Now: Reflections for Personal Transformation AND I also host a weekly internationally syndicated radio show with the same name. After 3 years of doing the show, we will be changing the name of the show in January- so stay tuned- it’s time for change! The beautiful thing to remind ourselves of right now is that change is just an opportunity for us to expand our experience! It’s truly the only constant in life. It’s only when we fight, struggle or resist our own expansion that we come up against pain and dis-ease. It’s time to shed the old layers of our former selves that kept us boxed in to a very limited reality and experience.

The process of releasing and/or transmuting the limitations of the “past” is essential for us to BE and RE-MEMBER who we really are and what we’re truly capable of! Old patterns and cycles of behavior are no longer necessary, especially once we realize that they aren’t serving us or honoring us. In fact, they lock us into a very finite, limited way of living and being. What is truly serving and honoring you? What is NOT? Will you intend to let go of anything or anyone that does NOT honor your expansion, healing and brilliance of who you are in this moment? Trust that you know how to access whatever levels of energetic expansion you are ready for. Trust that you can empower yourself in each moment and spark the light of truth, infinite love and light within you.

Today is a beautiful day and I appreciate YOU. Your light is more magnificent and brilliant than you may realize. I am grateful that you have somehow found your way to me and my community here. There is a collective energy that is very much alive and active in what we all share here and if you feel that this message would be appreciated by others in your own communities, you are welcome to pass it along. The importance of connection and community cannot be undervalued right now. We are intended to support one another and raise one another higher! COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS AND WATCH THEM MULTIPLY

 This is one of my favorite mantras. It is one that I firmly believe can transform lives, including yours! I know that it has transformed my own. As we approach Thanksgiving day here in America this week, I felt compelled to write on the topic of gratitude and the power that it holds to generate even greater blessings in our lives.

I am 100% committed to consciously affirming my blessings every morning when I wake up. I make it fun, joyful and a natural part of my morning routine. For me, that has paved the way for even greater blessings to flow (on a constant basis!) I know for certain that when I focus on my blessings and what’s going well in my world, more comes my way with grace and ease. The simple truth is that wherever and whatever we place our attention and focus upon expands. Therefore, why not embrace this gift that we have to expand blessings in our lives by simply choosing an attitude of gratitude? When we focus on what is lacking in our lives, we undoubtedly feel uninspired, passion-less, and victimized. This is a terrible way to live and we can change that in any moment by choosing something different. It is not only emotionally draining, it weakens the light of our spirit and prevents us from flowing with the ever-present and ever-available stream of abundance that we are meant to tap into and experience. Will you choose to shift your energy and focus today to allow for a different result?

Claiming the immense power of gratitude opens the door for more goodness to flow into our lives. Gratitude brings us more of what we appreciate! So, would you be willing to make a list of 3 things you are grateful for right now? Would you be willing to do this every day? You see, I’ve found that this simple commitment to appreciating our blessings paves the way for miracles and magic to happen in our lives. Why not say “YES!” to that? It’s the gift that keeps on giving!

Gratitude is a high frequency energy that we have access to at all times. We simply have to choose it! Gratitude can illuminate our soul’s path on a daily basis by shining the light of love onto every experience, interaction and opportunity. The more we are thankful for, the more light, love and success we experience and the more our souls radiance is allowed to shine out into the world. Simply stated, a grateful heart serves as powerful magnet that attracts more an infinite flow of divine blessings into our lives.

When we are consciously aware of our blessings, and we feel grateful for them, we are clearly focusing on what we want in our lives, and we attract more of those things into our experience! When we discover things that we appreciate and use them as our point of focus, our world has to get better in every way. Our outer world is simply a reflection of our inner world, so every time we choose to flood our consciousness with a powerful sense of appreciation or gratitude, we attract even more of what we desire. The external world will shift and change to match this newly upgraded frequency! The world around us rearranges itself to match whatever vibration we’re putting out. So, by choosing gratitude, you whole reality can shift. YOU ARE THAT POWERFUL.

Look around you right now. What do you notice that you can be grateful for in this very moment? I invite you to really tune into the authentic feeling of true, genuine gratitude. Feel that peaceful, loving vibration fill every cell in your body. When you tap into this space, you become a magnet that will attract more things to be grateful for. More good things will come to you magically because they will be drawn in (magnetized) by your energetic frequency which is now being fueled by feelings of appreciation gratitude!

Would you be willing to embrace today as an opportunity to be a conscious creator? Would you be willing to place your attention and focus on appreciating the blessings that surround you? Would you be willing to claim the power of a grateful heart and then notice even more blessings flowing your way? Are Your Suppressed Emotions Preventing You from Living Your Destiny?

I’ve been fascinated by energy medicine and holistic healing since my near death experience over 15 years ago. During that time, I went through an immense clearing and purification that allowed me to remember and receive the infinite wisdom of my multi-dimensional self. I was awakened to a cosmic level of consciousness that allowed me to receive divine guidance, support and wisdom that would anchor my divinity into my daily life. In this way, I could really begin to step into my divine mission. This process of merging spirit and matter continues to this day. This is something possible for us all! Accessing our infinite potential and wisdom does NOT require having a near death experience. It simply requires a readiness and openness to allow for an expansive shift in consciousness and a willingness to receive divinely inspired guidance (from within.)

The book I wrote and later published after being put to bed for six weeks following my near death experience in 1997 was called YOUR SOUL IS CALLING: WILL YOU ACCEPT THE CALL (published in 2000.) One of the chapters in that book was called “Are Your Emotions Making You Sick?” With my newly expansive sense of knowing/feeling/seeing and be-ing, it became crystal clear to me that almost all illnesses are directly or indirectly caused by an imbalance in the body. It became clear to me that the source of the imbalance was almost always trapped emotions! I realized the immense power of our emotions and how they can impact our health for better or worse, depending on the vibration of the emotion and the attention we give to addressing and releasing the toxicity they might carry with them.

I felt compelled to write about this topic today because in my quest to be of service, I know that these truths can liberate many souls as the emotional body is freed from long-standing confusion, grief, unforgiveness, resentment, anger, and overall toxicity. With an intentional, conscious release of our trapped emotions, we are freed to tap into our full potential as a new, divine humans.

In this moment you have a divine opportunity. You can become an energetic pioneer of consciousness! You have the opportunity to address the internal healing that is essential for you to realize your true destiny and shift from surviving to thriving. It’s time for a healing revolution! It’s time to accelerate your expansion process. It’s time to create powerful, lasting change in your life. The reality is that you are pure energy. Your body is made of pure energy. Emotions are simply energy vibrating at different rates, speeds and frequencies. If you can look at your emotions from the perspective of a scale of vibrations, positive emotions are higher frequency, light-filled energy. Negative emotions are lower frequency vibrations, comprised of much denser energy. The denser energies are the ones can get lodged or stuck within the energy body, eventually manifesting into a physical symptom, a physical illness or dis-ease.

The reality is that repressed emotions are almost always the underlying cause of our physical ailments and our inability to create peace, prosperity, joy and success in all areas of our lives (whether we realize it or not.) In order to improve your health, allow more love in your relationships and create prosperity in your life, you must begin to look within and consciously to let go of what is no longer working in your life. What patterns of behavior, patterns of reacting, patterns of suppressing emotion are holding you back from experiencing your life more fully and harmoniously? As you consciously choose to access the invisible walls of pain within you, and choose to replace those toxic emotions with higher vibrational emotions that will ALLOW for a new experience, you automatically put yourself in the driver’s seat of your reality.

Often times we unconsciously create an emotional forcefield/ wall within the heart that prevents us from experiencing the life are intended to live! Each time we experience emotional upset, including fear, resentment or pain, we create an invisible energetic wall that blocks us from fully opening to love, abundance and success we deserve. This wall of repressed emotions can severely inhibit and limit our creativity and the expression of our light. It can also prevent us from accessing our innate wisdom, gifts, talents and abilities.

In this moment you have a divine opportunity. You can become an energetic pioneer of consciousness! Emotions are simply energy vibrating at different rates, speeds and frequencies. We are intended to thrive as powerful, creative manifestors! Yet, it’s likely that we aren’t tapping into the fullness of that creative power if these trapped emotions are blocking us from our power! Isn’t it time to activate, amplify and elevate your daily experience by releasing old, trapped, repressed emotions that have prevented you from expressing your divine radiance and living with vitality and joy? Why not release the blockages and wall around your heart and replace them with a cocoon of unconditional love, compassion and peace? Visualize and feel all the anger, the fear, the sadness and the grief melting away and replaced by this cocoon of divine light and love. As you feel it, so it will be.

One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned in my awakening process is that awareness is the key to our liberation. We must shine the light of truth onto our lives. To do this, go deep into your heart space and ask yourself these questions:

Do I have an internal wall around my heart? Is this wall hidden? Is it blocking me from love, abundance and prosperity? Do I have emotions trapped within the core of my being? What emotional baggage am I dragging around that is preventing me from accessing my light? Am I suffering the physical symptoms and dis-ease from years of repressing heartache and pain? Are these invisible emotions trapped? Are they ready to be released?

I have learned that absolutely anyone can learn to get answers from their body, and anyone can take the necessary steps to heal. You don’t have to be a medical doctor, you just have to be willing to learn and willing to do something different to create a different result! There is a great deal of additional FREE information on the Internet regarding ways to release toxic or repressed emotion, including muscle testing, tapping and other modalities that can support you on your healing journey. Releasing trapped emotions can result in immediate healing in many cases, or it can be the beginning of your healing process. Either way, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by investing the time, energy and the effort in your own healing journey.
