Good Morning Soul Family! I feel INspired to relay a message about the power of listening to our intuition today! The following is an excerpt from my latest book about trusting our inner guidance and acknowledging the power of synchronicity!

“Open yourself to fascinating new vistas of consciousness by connecting to the brilliant counselor within. Never again rely on anything outside yourself to determine your path or provide you with validation or approval. All your answers reside within, revealing themselves externally with greater frequency as you pay attention to their subtle guidance. Signs come to you in one of six ways: sight, sound, taste, smell, feeling, or involuntary body movement. These signs are being communicated by your “inner guru”. The intuitive messages are divinely inspired. They answer a question, guide you in a particular direction, or offer specific knowledge applicable to a current situation.

When you pay attention and expect synchronistic moments, you leave behind “luck” and “coincidence” and notice the inspired opportunities your soul places in your path. The more deeply you notice and understand synchronicity, the more you will be able to see the myriad waysthat your soul is attempting to communicate with you. The goal? Purposeful expansion and conscious living! Awaken your innate ability to unravel the meaning of the synchronistic patterns in your own life and surroundings. When you detect synchronistic events around you, the benefits are monumental. You can directly participate in the unfolding of your divine destiny and the manifestation of synchronistic phenomena through vigilance and focused attention. What’s more empowering than realizing your power to be the conscious creator of your life experience? Synchronistic events will be attracted according to the way you expect them.

Shakespeare said all the world is a stage, and this is literally true. Reality is intentionally created. Every event- no matter how small or vast in scale, whether momentary or the culmination of millionsof years of unseen causes and effects, is attracted by the energy you emit. We are the on-stage actors, but we have become so absorbed in our parts that we forget we are on our very own stage. It’s time to awaken! Here. Now. Awaken to the awareness that you are on your self-created stage. Some of the other actors around you may proceed through their lives in a semi-trancelike state, but you have awakened to a highly engineered reality, similar to the holodecks of Star Trek or the computer-generated realities of “The Matrix” movies!

You are free to act-out your personal drama as you please. The beauty of understanding synchronicity is realizing you are not alone on stage, having to direct, produce and star in the production all by yourself! There is a stage crew, people working behind the scenes to keep the play going smoothly. This ever-supportive energetic crew helps you by arranging all the events and circumstances of your life. You are the actor, and your (divine) production crew uses the unseen extra dimensions to arrange the synchronicities that give meaning to your production! Most actors around you never come out of character to even notice the stage crew. They take matters unfolding in their plays very seriously, but are unaware of the support they receive in arranging their reality.

You, on the other hand, are now conscious, and know your personal stage crew is ready to arrange events for you to help in your chosen plot. Who are these crew members? Just souls like yourself, but residing in the invisible realms waiting to lend a hand. Now that you know they are involved, you can converse with them through the synchronistic events they create. They communicate with you not only through events, but through other actors who remain consciously unaware of this stage crew.

Now you are aware, so look for synchronistic events indicating signals from the stage crew! Have fun with this new empowering information and allow it to add more color, vibrancy, interest and passion to your journey. Life is meant to be FUN. The power of “letting go” and opening our hearts to the perfect divine unfolding of that which is most closely aligned with our soul’s highest destiny and contribution is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves. Here is an excerpt from my latest book on this very topic: TRANSCENDING ATTACHMENTS:

Spiritual Surrender is the process of releasing attachments, a key component of harmonious living. Attachments to people, objects, labels, expectations, outcomes, beliefs, and perspectives can be unhealthy if motivated by fear of loss.  Want a clear indicator of attachment? Anytime you are in reaction mode, you are attached to something. You are looking through a small lens at how things “should” be, and reacting when all doesn’t go according to your plan. This causes tension as well as anxiety, frustration, and even anger. A stressful or tight sensation in the body is a clear signal that you are trying to control your life or control certain outcomes.

The symptoms of unhealthy attachments are fear and anxiety, caused by the need to control. The need to control stems from fear of loss. Unfortunately, the desire for continuity and security cannot be satisfied externally. True security and protection are generated and sustained from within. They can’t be validated outside ourselves.

We must free our spirits and lighten our grips because fear is a magnet for experiences which validate our belief in an unsafe world. We must embrace more positive, empowering beliefs about the world, and our connection to it. Let go of the limiting beliefs which cause struggle and turmoil, and replace them with beliefs which attract abundance, joy and love into your life!

Attachments to a particular identity, status, label, outcome or expectation keep you unconsciously trapped in a very small box. There is no freedom inside a box! As long as we need things to happen a certain way, or feel dependent upon external validation, we are allowing the ego’s demand for control to take us out of the flow. Demands on others or on life diminish and deplete our energy. By letting go, we are liberated.

Adopting a new EMPOWERING VOCABULARY. ( Embodying the Language of Light)

People are often repetitive in their speech, with an auto-pilot vocabulary leading them into the same “problems” over and over again! Be aware of what you’re saying, how you’re saying it, as well as it’s effectiveness. Are you generating the results you want? There are countless ways to improve the quality of your life and relationships by using different combinations of words.

Just as every action has a consequence, every word generates a flow of energy which is either beneficial or destructive. You determine whether your energy generates love or fear, connection or separation. Verbal road blocks to your success feel heavy, like excess baggage. Replace them with the lighter, more empowering words which move on a higher frequency. As higher energy flows from you, you will improve your posture, breathing, and overall physiology. Your body language will begin to align with the higher frequency of your words.

Use words that create an attitude of gratitude, with a focus on abundance, wealth, and prosperity, and that is what your words will attract. Examples of words that tap directly into the ever-flowing stream of abundance are: lavish, infinite, flourishing, limitless, plentiful, thriving, rich, and bountiful. As you say them out loud, your energy field vibrates at a higher frequency.

Abundance, joy, love, bliss, gratitude, appreciation, and wisdom are all powerful high frequency words. All of these powerful words are tied to FEELINGS, not physical things. The words generate feelings that attract resonant experiences. So, when we select positive words, we naturally feel positive and attract rewarding experiences into our lives.

When we speak about lack and limitation, we depress ourselves and attract experiences that reinforce the feelings of lack and limitation. LOVE is an energy force we can tap into whenever we choose. Become the powerful creator you were meant to be! Liberate yourself today. Tap into an infinite supply of abundance through the power of your thoughts, words, and feelings! The vibrations you send out will attract experiences on the same energy frequency. Maintain positive feelings and speak positive words. You will influence your environment positively because your surroundings always respond to your internal state of “being.” Much love to you ALL. <3

CHALLENGES ARE OPPORTUNITIES!

Do you ever feel completely frustrated, unsettled or even scared about life? Do you feel you lack control over the direction your life is headed? Always remember your response to challenges will determine your experience. Choose to be pro-active instead of reactive as often as possible. Challenges can literally bring us to our knees if we allow them to, but challenges can also open new avenues of thought, emotion, and opportunity. Challenges clarify what we want and don’t want. The contrast generates new clarity of our desires. The layers of our souls are peeled open with each challenge, giving us the chance to grow, expand, and express the beauty of our eternal spirit in new and fascinating ways. Challenges are beautiful portals leading to discovery and personal growth.

Some challenges, especially repeated challenges, offer deeper soul lessons. They appear with greater frequency and severity until we notice their underlying purpose. When we accept challenges as opportunities for growth and healing, they lose intensity and loosen their grip on us. With this new awareness, we can make empowered choices to shift our perception and finally overcome the most repetitive of these challenges. From our soul’s perspective challenges are simply covered jewels. One of our most important lessons is to flow through challenging experiences instead of fighting them every step of the way! Don’t waste energy fearing a challenge because that creates a barrier against expansion. Remember that battling something only amplifies it in your experience. None of us can avoid challenges, and all of us have our own soul lessons to master.

How do we master these soul lessons,
so they don’t repeat as the same “problem” or challenge in a new guise?
By changing our responses to each challenging person or experience.

Every challenge is a divinely designed opportunity to break a limiting cycle of thought, behavior, reaction, or communication. Don’t over-analyze the situation. See it happening from a broader perspective to alleviate unnecessary struggle, tension, chaos and pain. We will always face challenges, but we choose the severity and the depth of the struggle as we move through the experience. The goal is to choose consciously, and not by default. Awareness is key. Every moment we experience struggle or strife is another opportunity to increase the brilliance of our divine light. Struggle allows our souls to evolve. We choose the lens through which we view every relationship, person, event or experience, and the lens determines the result!

Yes, life can be surprising, exciting and even daunting at times. It is a wild ride here on planet Earth, but it isn’t meant to be a spectator sport! Observing life “as is” only locks it in place without the option for progression. Focus on what’s possible instead of what “is.” Expansion occurs deliberately, through your attention to what you wish to create and experience.

Lifting the Veils and Opening Dimensional Doorways and Portals

As many of you know, I just spent a magical, miraculous and highly tranformative week in the Grand Teton mountains as a presenter at the 28th Annual World Congress on Illumination. Immense gratitude goes out to my beautiful sister of light, Patricia Cota Robles for all her efforts. We gathered together just outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming in the United States. Whether we remember this or not, we all said “YES!” to being on this planet at this specific time to actively participate in the unfolding of a new era in consciousness.

Lightworkers from 22 countries around our beautiful planet came together to anchor the light of divine love within the gateways of our hearts, and support the upliftment of ourselves and humanity into a new era of consciousness. It was a true re-union of souls; soul families coming together to remind one another of our divine mission and purpose for being alive on this planet at this time. It was beautiful and blissFULL beyond words. The exchange of pure light, love, and remembrance that occurred as we looked into the eyes of our soul brothers and sisters is something I will eternally be grateful for. Together we expanded into the full radiance of our light and gave one another permission to play, dance, love, laugh, and BE open.

My heart continues to overflow with deep appreciation for the experiences we co-created and shared in, and for the portals of light that we opened into. Many other lightworkers (including many of you) joined us in spirit, and for that, I thank YOU. We need not be together in person to experience the amplification of our combined intentions and sharing of love. We come together in spirit throughout our dream state and during our waking state with the simple power of our focus, intention, desire and commitment to serve humanity.

Thank YOU for all that you ARE, all that you DO, all that you SHARE, all that you RADIATE, and all that you INTEND for the upliftment of all souls. Your efforts do not go unnoticed in the higher realms. We are never alone. Our teams of light are rejoicing as they support us every step of the way, and I fully and completely honor you for all that you are in this moment and always, in all ways.

I wish to extend a beautiful, warm, love-filled greeting to all new members of this community, those whom I met at the conference and any other souls who have just joined my cosmic playground here! I am here to remind us ALL that this is a time of true remembrance, integration, alignment, empowerment and awakening into the purity and divinity of the universal heartbeat. This is a time for remembering our wholeness so we may experience the energetic upgrades and recalibration required for us to shine our light at full capacity in the ways we intended before we came to this planet. This is the time to integrate our divinity with our humanity and weave the rays of light from our true essence into each cell of our physical vessel.

NOW is the time to let your soul SHINE. It is time to activate and celebrate the beauty of your unique light and radiance. It is time to activate your individual aspect of God consciousness and birth the fullness of your spiritual nature into your physical body. It is time to give yourself complete permission to celebrate your role as a catalyst for change; as a beacon of light, a way shower and a light bearer.

Rest assured that if you are reading this now, you are coded to be a game changer. You are divinely designed to wake up and integrate your divinity with your humanity and shine your light for others so they may also find their way “home.”

Now is the time for bringing “home” HERE. This time of ascension and expansion isn’t about escaping our physicality or leaving this planet. It is about weaving our multi-dimensional aspects of light into our physical vessels so we may BE the torch bearers that radiate the light of divinity into this physical dimension of earth. Now is the time for the full restoration of our divine sovereignty as we detach from all the polarizing energy patterns of right/wrong, good/bad so we can move beyond the separation age and experience and anchor a new level of consciousness. We are here to break free from all that limitations, constraints and barriers that suppress our light. We are here to reunite and integrate the frequencies of our eternal selves with our human selves.

We are here to open to the highest frequencies available to us and consciously anchor and embody these expansive frequencies into all that we say, do, feel and BE. We no longer have to go through stages of darkness to reach and embody the fullness of our LIGHT. We need not discard our physical form to access the cosmic gateway to our star families for upgrades during this human experience. We are the starseeds that are intended to bring forth the light and remembrance encoded within us. We are here to remind all lightworkers of our mission to create heaven on earth. We are here to remind others that with the power of our intention, the clarity of our focus, and the expression of our pure radiance, we no longer need to play in the dark to re-member that WE ARE LIGHT.

We are here to re-member and remind others of our true cosmic, divine nature and FREE the precious inner child by giving him or her full permission to play, laugh, release the patterns of yesterday and claim our birthright to experience liberation from the inside-out.

I encourage you to place your hands over your heart as you begin each day, and visualize every cell in your body lighting up like a million stars. Imagine a mini sun birthing through each cell, allowing your divine essence to saturate each and every aspect of your physical body. Set the intention to activate, anchor, merge with the frequencies of divine light and love that are now available to you. All you have to do is claim it and celebrate your capacity to shine in brand new ways.

We are here to bring light to our souls highest contribution and fine tune our expression. We are here to consciously select the ways in which we express our light into the world through our thoughts, emotions, actions and feelings. We are here to illuminate without any old, false illusions of the third dimension limiting the expression of our light. We are here to embody the frequencies of love, joy, harmony and peace rather than chasing or pursuing them from the outside – in.

We are here to consciously activate the pure and full expression of ourselves as multi-dimensional master illuminators, synchronizers, harmonizers, balancers, stabilizers, creators, transmuters, awakeners and transmitters of light! As divinity being expressed in human form, we have the capacity to be re-born in each new moment! We have the capacity to choose again and decide who we will be each day.

We have the option to expand into an infinite number of rooms available to us within our divine consciousness mansion. It’s gateway is within the heart. As you place your attention there (that is all that is required) you gain access to this portal, and claim your ability to access the multi-dimensional frequencies available to you. It is our birthright to explore ALL ROOMS within the eternal and limitless mansion of our awareness. Remember that fear is the cheapest room in the house! We deserve to demand better living conditions!

Now is the time to move BEYOND old patterns that no longer serve your expansion, and that no longer bring you joy and fulfillment. Your conscious choices determine the quality of your experiences and you are intended to experience this ascension cycle joyfully and harmoniously. Whether or not that occurs is entirely up to you and the choices you make. You can actively participate in the beautiful unfolding your of unique spiritual chronicle and celebrate each unfolding moment as an opportunity to step more fully into the light that you are at your core; at your essence.

Will you commit to expanding into bright and beautiful new rooms within the recesses of your consciousness mansion?

Will you commit to beaming the light of divinity into as many moment as possible today?

Will you trust that you will be guided by synchronicity to share and reveal yourself and your light in new ways each day?

Will you say “YES” to the opportunities that appear before you to expand into the fullness of your creative genius and share that inspiration with the world around you?

Will you honor the precious being that you are, just as you are, in this moment?

Will you re-member that all is well all the time?

Will you re-member that you are loved beyond measure?

Being the Source of our OWN Joy, Love and Acceptance

As many of you who’ve been following me and my work for years know, I am continually excited and delighted by new downloads of information and new messages inspired by spirit that come through me on a daily basis. This has been occurring since my near death experience in 1997. Some phases of my journey since then have allowed for an organic free flow of these downloads and other phases I halted that flow with my own resistance or disconnection to it’s presence and it’s stream. I am so grateful that the past five years have been the most profoundly beautiful and expansive yet. We are either in a state and space of receptivity or resistance, and it’s clear which state and space allows for the greatest rewards!

It’s as though the insights I receive are layered, and once I integrate the understanding of one insight, I realize there are multiple layers yet to be revealed, discovered and understood! That is the beauty of expansion and evolution – it is never-ending. It is eternal, just as we are.

There are so many profound realizations that generate a feeling of being saturated in profound levels of gratitude as they come to my full attention and awareness. One of these is the deeper and deeper understanding that we are always (even and especially when we don’t think we are) the source of all love or lack of it we see mirrored back to us in our relationships. All that we attract is but an divinely designed opportunity offering us the option to refine our ability to love ourselves with greater compassion.

The qualities in others that trigger our patience
and propel us into a state of judgment
are but magnified external reflections of the parts of ourselves
that need the most love, nurturing and attention.

When we begin to see every single person, circumstance or challenge as a giant neon flashing sign from the universe reminding us of the parts of ourselves we must embrace with greater love and acceptance, we step into the role of conscious creator and experiencer of our reality.

When we cease feeling disappointed by others and instead celebrate their presence as a gift reminding us to cease feeling disappointed with ourselves, we LIGHTEN UP, in all ways. We are stop blaming others and begin owning these beautiful, divine reflections outside ourselves as simply an opportunity to love ourselves more, we are liberated from the inside-out. When we cease trying to change or resolve the external reality that is simply mirroring what we most need to embrace internally, we begin to see ourselves and life in its purest state. When we reach a point where we can begin to celebrate the reflection of ourselves in others as an opportunity instead of a punishment, we are FREE. In this space, we awaken. We remember. We allow ourselves to shine more brightly – precisely as we are intended to shine.

We are truly the beginning and the end, the infinite, ever-expanding source of all that we give and receive.

We are the tuners of our frequency and the chooser of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, actions, and responses.

We are the ones who determine the quality and depth of our “highs” and “lows.”

We are the labelers of what we perceive to be “right” or “wrong” and “good” or “bad.”

We are the source of our freedom or bondage.
We are the source of our own healing, for healing is simply a return to our innate wholeness which is rooted in our own capacity for dwelling in a state of harmony and self love. Any “healing” we perceive as being necessary cannot occur outside ourselves. Any symptom that we notice is but another opportunity to embrace the aspects of ourselves that we have rejected or that we feel we must “fix” or “resolve”.

The real “cure” to any ailment, dis-ease (lack of internal ease and our natural state of flow), or pain that we experience is integrating all parts of ourselves to allow for our return to wholeness. This is the space where miracles are abundant and ever-flowing. This is the space we deserve to dwell in whenever we choose. It is a frequency rather than a place. It is a vibrational frequency that we feel and inhabit rather than something that occurs some place or in some way outside of us. It is a decision to allow ourselves to love ourselves more deeply, more completely, and more fully than ever before.

Self love and acceptance is the core – the root – the anchor from which all else expands. As we anchor that self love into our daily internal experience, the outer world naturally begins to reflect back to us the relationships and experiences that correspond to that frequency; that feeling.

Once we claim our role as:

the source of our own love (or fear),
joy (or sorrow),
peace (or chaos),
healing (or pain),
nurturing (or avoidance),
expression of passion (or suppression),
vitality (or dis-ease),
contentment (or discord),
remembrance (or repression)
and acceptance (or denial) –
WE ARE LIBERATED AND FREE.

May waves of light fill your cells with harmony and may the wings of grace fill your heart with compassion and acceptance of your WHOLE self. May you remember just how precious you are. May you give yourself permission today to shine your light in its full radiant expression. May you dance to the drum of your unique brilliance and trust in the unfolding of your divine destiny. May you begin to speak the words that reflect the acceptance of yourself you have waited to long to feel. May you love yourself in the ways you deserve to be loved. Claiming Your Creative Power!

There is a unique opportunity before you RIGHT NOW that contains within it ripple effects to impact you far beyond this moment! It’s an opportunity to claim your creative power! You can liken each new moment as a spiritual crossroads of sorts. Your conscious participation in the creation of your day-to-day reality is more valuable than you realize. You are a part of the whole, and your choices impact the collective energy of this beautiful planet.

This is a time of remembrance and a time to awaken your soul memory. It’s time to activate your creative potential! And, guess what? It is INFINITE. Every day offers you this wondrous opportunity to shift out stagnancy and bring to light key *soul* insights necessary for you to take the next steps on your journey of expansion. This is your personal invitation to ignite new levels of awareness and generate significant shifts in the course or direction of your life.

You are at a powerFULL choice point. You have the option to deliberately decide what your destiny will BE! You have the option to choose your role in the evolution of yourself, your soul, and humanity. You have the divinely designed potential for assisting in the creation of a new earth; in birthing a loving new world. This occurs first within your own heart and mind, for the outer world is only a reflection of what’s going on within you. Consider this moment your opportunity to shine your light and remind others through the power of your example that we are ALL eternal, divine, and infinitely creative! 

To support this birthing process, you must make a commitment to yourself to choose love as consistently as possible, and to speak, choose, and act from your heart with a new level of empowerment and awareness.

• Why not claim this moment as a reminder to lead from your soul as often as possible?
  
• Why not claim this moment to stop, re-align, re-evaluate, re-flect, re-charge and deeply consider the ways you are currently using your energy?

 You are more powerful than you realize.

What is your predominant ‘signal’ that you are sharing with the world? Is it reflective of the purity of your true ‘home’ frequency? Is it love based or fear based? A good way to identify your answer is by simply noticing what’s coming back to you. The external world mirrors your predominant vibration, and your circumstances can be a wonderful tool reflecting the effectiveness of your vibrational signal or its ineffective, limiting effect.

Ask yourself the following questions:

• Which of my personal beliefs, patterns, perspectives and definitions are empowering me?
  
• Which ones are in need of an upgrade?
  
• Whom and what uplifts me?
  
• Am I giving myself permission to follow my passion and do what excites me each day?
  
• What drains me? What am I ready to release?

You cannot make changes until or unless you identify that which limits you and that which expands you.

Awareness= Personal Power.

We can get stuck in auto-pilot living without even realizing it!  It’s time to wake up, claim your personal power, and begin deliberately creating your reality.  There is where the magic happens! There is no need to wait for a crisis to serve as spiritual wake up call. In this moment you can choose to take inventory of your life. NOW is the time to release all that no longer serves you to make room for all that does. Take baby steps if that feels best. Do whatever works for YOU. Just DO something!

It’s important to take inventory and begin clearing your physical, mental and emotional bodies from any collected debris preventing you from experiencing the depth and richness available to you. If this resonates, why not act upon your inspiration and examine your present circumstances? What unproductive energy has collected within you and around you that feels ready to be released? 

This is the time “lightening up” and un-complicating your life. It’s time to let of all that no longer serves your highest good, eliminate the toxicity in your thoughts, emotions, your cells, your diet and your relationships, and cleanse yourself of all the build-up that’s weighing you down.

There’s nothing else to do, except release and let go of all the ways that you are limiting your own growth and expansion. It’s as simple or as complicated as you make it out to be. As you commit to reclaiming your power, you will realize the limitations you’ve consciously or unconsciously placed upon yourself. You will BE inspired to shed the false beliefs, the false impressions and the shackles of your past that are imprisoning you in a finite world with a very limited menu of options available to you!

 It’s time to shift your perspective and allow the invisible to become visible. It’s time to re-member who you are. Everything else is a but an illusion, and a detour to realizing your true, infinite state of being. 

• Aren’t you ready to claim the joy available to you now?
  
• Aren’t you ready to surrender, let go of and allow all the toxicity of yesterday to wash away for good?
  
• Aren’t you ready to eliminate all the struggle and just BE who you really are?

This is your option. This is your option right now, and I’m here to remind you that it doesn’t have to be a long, hard, arduous process! That’s only a limiting belief,  and it can be updated to allow for a new result and outcome that thrills and delights your soul in brand new ways.

Claim this opportunity to plant seeds of remembrance within the deepest recesses of your consciousness today, and trust that they will blossom and bloom into precious and beautiful experiences that are worthy are deserving of the brilliant, eternal being that you ARE.

ILLUMINATION

The topic of “illumination” excites, thrills, and delights me because the process of expanding into the fullness of who we are, and illuminating the light of spiritual awareness into our physical reality, is at the core of our existence. We are infinite, energetic beings that are vibrationally directing our life experience, whether we realize it or not. The unseen – but powerfully felt – energy of love, coupled with our consistently held thoughts and emotions, serve as building blocks for designing our destinies. Our futures are not set in stone. We are creating our lives in each moment. Realizing this truth is the key to our illumination!

What is illumination, anyway? As a result of my near death experience in 1997,  my expanded awareness, and from the continual insights that have come through me since that day, I have come to remember that we are all eternal beings of pure light and love! We are so much more than we know ourselves to be. We chose to experience this physical reality for the unique experience that it offers us as infinite, ever-expanding souls. We are intended to feel, merge and integrate more and more of our divinity with our humanity. This is a primary purpose for coming into physical form. Illumination is experienced more fully when we begin to look at life through the lens of the soul and expand our perspective to allow for healing, forgiveness, and a newly embraced attitude-of-gratitude to powerfully and positively impact our day-to-day realities.

So, how does one allow their light to shine more fully? From my experience, it begins with an awareness of our creative power. Our power to create is truly infinite. As extensions of divinity – God/Source/All-That-Is – we deliberately chose to stream the light of pure consciousness into these physical bodies. As we awaken and remember who we really are (beings of light temporarily housed in physical form), the dense, heavy layers of insecurity, limitation, and false truths can be washed away with the light of divine love.

With unique soul signatures and beautifully designed soul blueprints set in place in the higher realms prior to this incarnation, we intended to come into this physical reality to claim our creative ability. When we re-member this divinely designed option, we activate our potential for stepping into the empowering role of a conscious creator. A conscious creator knows that his/her thoughts, words, actions, responses, beliefs and expectations serve as the clay that molds our moment-to-moment experiences. With consistency and awareness, we hold the power and the potential for “lightening up” and enjoying the journey of creating and experiencing anything and everything we desire and deserve. There are no limits beyond the ones we place on ourselves, and even those can be released in the light of awareness.  

The more conscious we become, the lighter we feel. The accumulated layers of fear, doubt, confusion and human created resistance – from childhood, limiting beliefs, and self judgment –  can and will fall away as the barriers to love, success, abundance and prosperity are released from the inside-out. As this happens we step into the infinite flow of opportunity and joy, where vitality is known and exhilaration becomes a natural state of being. This is our birthright. It is up to us to claim it. Create some sacred space, light a candle, turn on music that fuels your spirit, and begin asking yourself the following soulfully inspired questions

1. What were my primary goals and intentions for 2013 and how well did I remain in alignment with them?

2. What have been my greatest inner and outer rewards and accomplishments in 2013?

3. What have I learned most about myself, about my business, my loved ones, and from my colleagues/clients?

4. What worked this past year (and why)?

5. With compassion and love in your heart, what didn’t go as well (and why)?

6. What kind of expansion do I wish to experience in 2014 personally AND professionally?

7. What am I ready to release once and for all as I move into 2014?

8. What is my theme for 2014 (ie. expansion, visibility, growth, empowerment, alignment)? Feel free to have a unique theme for different areas of your life: HEALTH, WEALTH/FINANCE, ROMANCE, SPIRITUAL CONNECTION

9. Who do I need to consistently BE in order to create that with ease and grace?

10. What tangible personal AND career/business activities do I need to create, or release, in order to align with this theme (i.e. how you spend your time, self nurturing routines marketing activities, new relationships, etc)?

11. What are the easiest and most enjoyable ways to generate more income through my business (and where should I best focus my time, resources, and energy to create this while remaining joyful, grounded, centered and aligned)?
